How to apply Linfa

APPLICATION:
After cleansing, apply Linfa to dry skin as the final step of your body care ritual, distributing a generous amount over the entire body. Massage with circular movements from the bottom upward, focusing on legs, buttocks, abdomen, and arms to stimulate microcirculation and enhance the absorption of active ingredients from previous steps. Use daily, morning and evening, to keep the skin toned, hydrated, and smooth.

QUANTITY:
Start with 3–4 pumps for the entire body, increasing the amount based on the area to be covered. Add 1–2 extra pumps to areas that need greater firmness.

VARIATIONS:
Climate: In summer or warm climates, apply preferably in the evening after showering to leave the skin hydrated without weighing it down. In winter or in cold, dry climates, slightly increase the amount and extend the massage on thighs, buttocks, and areas prone to dryness, such as elbows and knees.

NOTES:
Use morning and evening as the final step of your body care ritual.
