Shipping and Returns

Shipping

 

We ship throughout Italy (including Repubblica di San Marino, Stato Città del Vaticano) and Europe (including United Kingdom).


We rely on the following transport companies for the shipment of our products:

- GLS for Italian territory (including Repubblica di San Marino and Stato Città del Vaticano);
- DHL and FedEx for deliveries outside Italian territory but anyway within Europe (including United Kingdom).

Time required to process the order
Orders are usually processed by our shipping team within 48 hours of receiving the order, except on national holidays. Once the order has been processed, it is prepared for shipment and handed over to the courier who will deliver it according to the option chosen at checkout. We do our best to reduce the processing time, but when launching new products, approaching national holidays and promotional activities, this may take longer.



Methods, costs and shipping times

  • For shipping within Italy (including Repubblica di San Marino and Stato Città del Vaticano), delivery takes generally between 2 (two) and 5 (five) working days at a cost of 5,00 Euro;
  • For shipping outside Italian territory but anyway within Europe (including United Kingdom) delivery takes generally between 2 (two) and 7 (seven) working days at a cost of 15,00 Euro.

 

For deliveries within Italy (including Repubblica di San Marino and Stato Città del Vaticano) if the order value, net of shipping costs, exceeds Euro 50,00, shipping costs are free of charge.

For deliveries outside Italian territory but anyway within Europe (including United Kingdom) if the order value, excluding shipping costs and any customs duties, exceeds Euro 150,00, the shipping costs are free of charge.

Deliveries are made on working days, from Monday to Friday. We do not deliver during national holidays. We remind you that delivery times are approximate and may vary.

Order tracking code
Each order is assigned a unique tracking code, generated by the transport company visible in the confirmation e-mail sent and on the user account, if created. To track your parcel, please use the tracking code provided, by entering it directly on the website of the transport company responsible for delivering the order. The tracking code generally becomes active after 24 working hours from the receipt of the confirmation e-mail.

Delivery issues
In case of delivery issues, we invite you to contact the transport company responsible for the delivery of the order at the address given below:
- For GLS https://gls-group.com/IT/it/servizi-online,

- For FedEx https://www.fedex.com/it-it/customer-support.html
explaining the situation and indicating the tracking code we provided. The transport company will surely find a suitable solution.

Taxes and Duties
Import taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer and be charged to this latter, including any fee due to transport company should goods be ordered from our website. Unfortunately, we have no control over these costs as they are imposed by your local customs office, and we are therefore unable to offer assistance on these processes. We advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

If you have purchased a product on our website, you can exercise the right of withdrawal, i.e. decide to return the product, without the obligation of giving any reasons and without any penalty, within the term of 14 (fourteen) days from the acquisition of physical possession of the parcel containing the ordered product or, in the case of the purchase of multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, from the acquisition of physical possession of the last product purchased. If you have purchased a service, you can still exercise the right of withdrawal within the term of 14 (fourteen) days starting from the date of receipt of the confirmation e-mail of your order, provided that the supply of this service has not yet been completed. Any Gift Card, where available, is considered a service.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL EXCLUSIONS
You may not exercise the right of withdrawal in the cases provided for by "Articolo 59 del Codice del Consumo", including:
- In case of purchase of clearly personalized goods;
- In the case of purchase of sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, such as cosmetics, or for health protection reasons, which have been opened after delivery.


HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you want to exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to the purchase of products that are not included in the above exclusions, you must inform Lavika Società Benefit S.r.l. of your intention to withdraw from the agreement, by sending a notice by registered letter with advice of delivery to the following address: Corso Magenta 82, 20123 Milano (MI). To this end, you can use the withdrawal form provided for in Annex I part B of the Consumer Code, with the following content:

With this letter, the undersigned __________ notifies the withdrawal from the purchase agreement of the following goods: [insert a description of the products purchased], ordered on the _________ (or received on the __________) and requests:


□ the reimbursement of the amount paid for the returned products, by crediting the related amount through the payment method used;


or


□ a credit of an amount equal to the price of the returned products in the form of an Online Voucher, which can only be used on the following website www.lavikalab.com


- Name, Surname, Customer Address
- Client's signature (only if the form is notified in paper version)
- Date


RETURNING PRODUCTS

The products must be returned in their original packaging and must arrive “as new” without any damage to the product or product packaging. The products must be returned to Lavika Società Benefit S.r.l., Corso Magenta 82, 20123 Milano (MI) without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen days) from the date you informed Lavika Società Benefit S.r.l. of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. The products must be returned to Lavika Società Benefit S.r.l. in their substantial integrity, with their original packaging, accessories, instructions for use and anything else they have been supplied with, by post to the following address: Corso Magenta 82, 20123 Milano (MI). Lavika Società Benefit S.r.l. only accepts packages or registered letters that are correctly addressed. In accordance with the provisions of article 57, paragraph 1 of the Italian Consumer Code, you will have to bear the return costs.


REFUND IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL

Once exercised the right of withdrawal, within the terms and according to the methods provided for the return of the products, you will be able to obtain, as requested at the time of sending the notice of withdrawal:

- reimbursement of the amount paid for the returned products, by crediting the related amount through the payment method used;
- a credit of an amount equal to the price of the returned products in the form of an Online Voucher that can only be used on the website.


The reimbursement of the price (or the provision of the Online Voucher) of the product will take place within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of your withdrawal notice. Lavika Società Benefit S.r.l. can withhold the reimbursement or wait to issue the Online Voucher, until it has received the return of the products covered by the cancelled order or until you have demonstrated to have returned the products, depending on which situation occurs first.


If the returned products show damage or signs of wear resulting from unnecessary manipulation to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same, Lavika Società Benefit S.r.l. can withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to their decrease in value.
