Let's give an example here: Sorbetto has a sales price on a single purchase of €45. By purchasing it via subscription, you will pay €40 for the product for the first order, and the next 2 automatic re-orders with always free shipping. From the 3rd to the 6th re-order you will always pay €38 for the product, from the 6th to the 12th re-order you will pay €35 for the product instead, and from all orders after the 12th re-order, you will always pay €30, as long as you remain subscribed. Yes, within your Lávika profile, you will be able to change your payment method entered when you signed up for the subscription, and you will be able to change the address where you will receive your future orders. These actions can be done before receiving the order confirmation, in which we notify you that your order has been handed over to the courier for delivery. If your payment method has expired, and we are unable to proceed with the transaction, we will ask you via email to change your registered payment method in order to process your order. Until your payment method is replaced, we will not be able to process your order, and your subscription will be considered as paused.
For Crema, Adagio, Virtuoso and Vivace, you will receive the main product with your first order. Starting from the second re-order, you will receive the refill product, so we recommend you to not throw away the product, because you will need the elements to be able to use the refill. Over time, if the components of the main product should be damaged, contact us at info@lavikalab.com and we will proceed with sending you new components. If you have already purchased the main product in a previous order, and you want to receive the refill immediately from the first order, contact us at info@lavikalab.com and we will manage your request.
