The project

Introducing the solidarity candle that supports the next generation of Made in Italy artisans

Lávika, SCHOLA, and Fondazione Sozzani come together in a collaboration that unites the world of beauty with that of social commitment. From this synergy emerges a limited-edition candle—only 300 pieces—symbolizing light and awareness, crafted in Ginori 1735 porcelain and enriched with two illustrations by artist Kris Ruhs.

The objective

Supporting the future of craftsmanship

The project aims to offer a concrete opportunity to young creatives with fewer resources, supporting those who shape beauty with their own hands. A gesture that seeks to preserve and pass on the value of craftsmanship, creating a bridge between creativity, skill, and social responsibility.

The solidarity candle

Supporting the next generation of artisans

The net proceeds* from the sale of the candles — offered at the price of €160 — will be entirely allocated to funding scholarships at SCHOLA, thereby supporting the education of the next generation of Made in Italy artisans.
Crafted with vegetable wax and scented with Lávika’s exclusive “Lumìa” fragrance — a refined blend of Sicilian citrus, bitter orange, and lemon — the candle becomes a symbolic, solidarity-driven object, capable of transforming an everyday gesture into an act of sharing and support.

*“Net proceeds” refers to the revenue generated from the sale of the candles, minus the costs incurred by Lávika for their production. The total costs sustained by Lávika for producing the 300 candles amount to €12,363.79, VAT included. Therefore, the maximum amount Lávika will donate — in the event that all 300 candles are sold — will be €35,636.21.
